A new addition, with steel pillars, allows the creation of a new vertical connection. The whole building is divided into two different parts, with the common area in the middle.
The interior spaces are then rationalized and maximized with service blocks, which allow to optimize the hydraulic system and free the space.

The exterior concrete platforms are demolished: with the soil remodeling, it is possible to have an exterior more similar to the local landscapes – with irregular natural land movements – and two different specific paths.
One path, dedicated to her, starts with pedestrian access to 4 big terraces for the farming and ends to the first entrance of the house. From the second entrance, she can arrive in a big area with a pool in front of the sea to enjoy with friends.

The other path for him is more practical and isolated. It starts with an entrance for the car, then it continues with its parking and to the access to the house. His exterior part is – as requested – isolated, closer to the apartment and less wooded.

At the end of the two paths, a stair – excavated into the rocks – allows reaching the sea.
